If your insurance provider is in our insurance network, some of your testing may be covered by insurance. To determine if your provider is in-network, please see attached in-network insurance provider list below. If you are using insurance to pay for your test, you are still responsible to pay a priority scheduling fee. See pricing list for test fees and priority scheduling fees.
